Our TakeAway Tip this week: Have you tried a BagnaCàuda? It's a simple melting of olive oil, garlic & other spices to create a 5-minute dipping sauce for veggies, breads or whatever else you like to dip. It’s originally from Piedmont, in Italy, & made with anchovies. But you can add just about anything to the garlic & olive oil base-Bon Appetit!

When you invite friends to bring tapas, plan for everyone to bring mini-cocktails or sample-sized bottles of wine, so you can create your own “flights”, like in great restaurants, & taste them all!
