Harnessing your willpower begins with the powerful combination of inspiration & motivation. Inspiration is most often an internalized pull you feel towards something, whereas motivation is more of an external call to action.

In today's podcast, we'll explore a few key elements of making sure your willpower stays in your corner & keeps working for you as you make the transitions to a healthier-happier life.

If you've harnessed the process once, you can replicate it whenever you need to with just a few tips & tools.

Think about the times in your life you were most successful, either personally or professionally. More than likely, you first felt an inner desire to pursue that something. Once the inspiration took hold, you began looking for ways to make it happen. The motivation to act then followed.

You'll need willpower to take the plans you've dreamt of & are now motivated to pursue, into actionable steps. Why not make it yourpower, & take back your control?

About the Podcast

Live More Stress Less
Say No to Stress to live a happier, more active life
Is stress making you frustrated and irritable? Our lives are full of stressful situations. But did you know that some people simply lead lives that create more opportunities for stress than others? Your thoughts and way of life can actually affect how your body and brain process stress, for better or worse.
As a life success coach, Patrick Schoeneborn takes his listeners beyond the basics of work, school, relationships, and daily hassles that often serve as stressors or sources of stress. Stress isn't necessarily a bad thing. Good stress, or eustress, pushes us to work harder and live better.
Discover why some people handle stress better than others, how lifestyle behaviors can affect stress levels and how to prevent stress through a healthy diet, regular exercise, and a more balanced lifestyle.
Join Coach Patrick on Live More, Stress Less to learn, as challenging as it can be, how sticking with healthy habits—eating right, exercising regularly, practicing mindfulness, maintaining a healthy weight, and living a balanced lifestyle—can help you reduce stress to live a longer and healthier life.
