Is happiness a choice? Think for a moment about a few well-worn expressions like “mind-over-matter” & “seeing the glass half-full”.

Your perception of what you feel is your truth. So if you always find ways to look on the bright side, you have the

backing of the accepted science that you will be happier & healthier.
