Coffee or Tea?

Whether you're into Café au Lait or Espresso, English Breakfast or Tazo Zen, coffee & tea have some amazing perks-pardon the pun!

Although the percentage of coffee-drinkers vs tea aficionados varies depending on where you are in the world, it’s very clear that almost everyone loves the ritual.

The smells, tastes & feeling that a coffee or tea break promotes is popular everywhere. But there’s so much more to it than that!

Research has been mounting for a long time on the many benefits, apart from a pleasurable indulgence, that drinking a cup of coffee or tea can bring.

We’re into all of it, & you’ll be more convinced than ever that taking your coffee or tea break is one of the healthiest habits you can enjoy, by the end of our show today, so stay tuned!

We’ll serve up all the good reasons to take a break with your favorite coffee brew-like preventing cardiovascular disease, fending off Alzheimer’s & Parkinson’s, & boosting your workout & recovery time. Wow!

And teas’ health benefits have been known for centuries. Black,  green & oolang teas boost immunity, promote better resistance to colds & flus, & reduce the oxidative stress that leads to inflammation, & a whole host of resulting conditions. Impressive!

The whole adventure of setting up a lovely tray with your favorite coffee or tea, beautiful mugs, & of course a healthy treat or two beautifully arranged on lovely dishes cannot be understated. It’s a personal moment of pure & sensual pleasure, & it’s good for you in every sense of the word!

There are few activities that can both relax & rejuvenate at the same time, so make sure you take a moment this week to create your own coffee or tea break. Let us know what you came up with, & we’ll share it with our followers.

We’ll put up some great new recipes for coffee, tea & treats in our Kitchen, & some cool systems for brewing from our Shop, so check them out & Enjoy!

About the Podcast

Live More Stress Less
Say No to Stress to live a happier, more active life
Is stress making you frustrated and irritable? Our lives are full of stressful situations. But did you know that some people simply lead lives that create more opportunities for stress than others? Your thoughts and way of life can actually affect how your body and brain process stress, for better or worse.
As a life success coach, Patrick Schoeneborn takes his listeners beyond the basics of work, school, relationships, and daily hassles that often serve as stressors or sources of stress. Stress isn't necessarily a bad thing. Good stress, or eustress, pushes us to work harder and live better.
Discover why some people handle stress better than others, how lifestyle behaviors can affect stress levels and how to prevent stress through a healthy diet, regular exercise, and a more balanced lifestyle.
Join Coach Patrick on Live More, Stress Less to learn, as challenging as it can be, how sticking with healthy habits—eating right, exercising regularly, practicing mindfulness, maintaining a healthy weight, and living a balanced lifestyle—can help you reduce stress to live a longer and healthier life.
