Goal-Setting

Goal-Setting can be daunting, for sure. Patrick & I break it down to a few key elements: Lists, including the daily to-do, a week or monthly plan, a seasonal reset & of course, your master plan list, & how to break up your lists into manageable actions.

Life gets in the way, so remember to be flexible & let your goals, & the actions that will help you realize them, evolve as your needs change.

The more you check off, the better you’ll be at building realistic, do-able lists. You'll become more confident as the process becomes second nature to you, & you discover how breaking down the lists into actions that will generate results gets easier to orchestrate.

Our TakeAway Tip? Bounce your ideas for any to-do list goals off people you know & trust.

There's a good chance they'll have valuable feedback for you on the viability of your choices, & enlisting your entourage guarantees you supportive back-up.

We've also included the links to our PEACH-Y Plan, our Take It Up A Notch for winter, to help ease you back into good new year's ideas!

Enjoy our podcast & let us know if we can help in any way! Email us with your questions, ideas, & tips. We'd love to hear from you.

About the Podcast

Live More Stress Less
Say No to Stress to live a happier, more active life
Is stress making you frustrated and irritable? Our lives are full of stressful situations. But did you know that some people simply lead lives that create more opportunities for stress than others? Your thoughts and way of life can actually affect how your body and brain process stress, for better or worse.
As a life success coach, Patrick Schoeneborn takes his listeners beyond the basics of work, school, relationships, and daily hassles that often serve as stressors or sources of stress. Stress isn't necessarily a bad thing. Good stress, or eustress, pushes us to work harder and live better.
Discover why some people handle stress better than others, how lifestyle behaviors can affect stress levels and how to prevent stress through a healthy diet, regular exercise, and a more balanced lifestyle.
Join Coach Patrick on Live More, Stress Less to learn, as challenging as it can be, how sticking with healthy habits—eating right, exercising regularly, practicing mindfulness, maintaining a healthy weight, and living a balanced lifestyle—can help you reduce stress to live a longer and healthier life.
