Dream Big-Start Small

Hey there, Thursday is upon us again, & we're delighted you’re back with us for our PJ Wellness podcast! In case you missed the initial discussion in our Sunday blog, here's the link, so you can catch up.

We are continuing to fill in all the information we’ll be sharing in our digital course: ”28 Days To A Healthier You”, with this week’s topic about the merits & importance of dreaming big, but starting small.

Everything from the Golden Rule of Change through the 7 reasons we believe you should dream big but start small.

We always advocate focusing on the small stuff, because the little things often have the biggest impact on our goals.

Take one small step, and then another, and another. Before you know it you’ll be well on your way towards conquering your challenges. 

It’s one thing to have a goal, or a plan, a process, or whatever. But, if you’re goal is too big, your plan too complicated, you will fail. Not because you can’t accomplish the goal, but because you became too overwhelmed, too soon.

Start setting smaller goals, take smaller steps& see what happens. You’ll build up your confidence, your skills,& your knowledge. You’ll start to believe that you can do it. That you can do anything!
